Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme that caught my eye. It was brought to you by That Artsy Reader Girl. It was previously hosted at The Broke and the Book. This week's theme is books I would like to reread.
The Throne of Glass Series by Sarah J. Maas
I only just finished The Throne of Glass series last month and can now say it is definitely one of my favourite series of all time. I love everything about it, the characters and their development, the world and the plot throughout. Yes, I do acknowledge there isn’t much rep at all throughout the series and I do hope in the future Maas does add more in her books. I would definitely like to reread this series at some point in the future.
The Hollow Gods by A. J. Vrana
The Hollow Gods was one of my favourite books of this year, and the sequel The Echoed Realm is coming out in June next year. I would love to reread Hollow Gods before the second book is released.
Winnie The Pooh by A.A. Milne
I absolutely love Winnie the Pooh and would love to reread it at some point as it is very uplifting and makes me happy while I read it.
The Last Magician by Lisa Maxwell
The Last Magician was my favourite book of 2019, and I’ve been waiting until closer to the release date of the third book in the series before I reread The Last Magician and continue on so I don’t have as long to wait in between reading the books.
Running Wild by Michael Morpurgo
I remember reading this book when I was 13 and loved it very much, I would love to reread Running Wild now as I have a different taste in books and would love to see if it was at the same standard.
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory by Roald Dahl
I’ve read a little bit of Roald Dahl theses last two years and haven’t liked very much of it, so I’m wanting to reread a few of my favourites from when I was younger to see if it’s just the messages throughout the books I’m reading I don’t like or if it’s Roald Dahl’s style.
The BFG by Roald Dahl
I know I read this a long time ago, but I can’t remember anything about it so I would love to reread it and see what I think of it now.
Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan
I read Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief back when the movie was just released, then read The Sea of Monsters when that movie was released but I never continued with the series. So I want to reread Lightning Thief and then continue on with the series.
The Once Series by Morris Gleitzman
Once used to be one of my favourite series back when I was 13/14 and a few more book have come out since I last picked up a book from the series. I have already reread Once this year.
A Golden Fury by Samantha Cohoe
I loved this book so much, it really did surprise me and at some point, I would love to reread it.
That’s ten books I would like to reread at some point in the future. Are there any you would like to reread?
